When do rewards ship?

Rewards will be ship out at the end of the following month.
For example: If you pledged for June rewards, your goodies will ship out at the end of July.

Is there tracking?

All rewards tiers are emailed tracking when rewards ship out. Your tracking information will be sent to the email address that you purchased with. Be sure to check your spam folder if not in your inbox. If you did not receive a tracking number, you can email kamiaricloud9club@gmail.com for support.

How do I access the Discord server?

My rewards haven't arrived, what do I do?

Please be patient as more often than not, they will eventually arrive. Refunds and replacements are issued on a case to case basis. If more than 30 days have passed since rewards have shipped, and you haven't received yours, please email kamiaricloud9club@gmail.com.

How do I access the Secret Shop?

The Secret shop is available to active subscribers. A password is emailed once a subscription is active. For further assistance please email kamiaricloud9club@gmail.com.
